Library resources

The UKSW Library gathers universal resources, with particular emphasis on the disciplines represented at the University. The collections are constantly updated and expanded (including basic and supplementary references listed in syllabuses for individual fields of study) based on current purchases, gifts, domestic and foreign exchange. Among the collection can be found: books (monographs, collective works, encyclopaedias, dictionaries), periodicals, special collections: theses (doctoral theses, master’s theses, bachelor’s theses), old prints, manuscripts, music, maps, films, audio books, other documents.

State of the Library’s book collection as at December 31, 2024: 569 747 vol. (including 428 833 vol. of books i 162 294 vol. of journals and 40 848 inventory units for special collections).
