Remote Access to Web of Science<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Web of Science allows also alternative remote (roaming<\/em>) access to its platform from outside the UKSW network, when problems occurs during HAN service malfunction, via an individual user account.<\/strong> To register an account, please: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Go to <\/strong>https:\/\/www.webofscience.com<\/strong><\/a> from computer\/device connected to UKSW network<\/strong> (IP address will be verified).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click \u201eRegister\u201d<\/strong> to create new account.

  3. Fill the registration form<\/strong> and click \u201eRegister\u201d.

  4. The activation link will be send to the e-mail address given during registration. Open it and click \u201eVerify email address\u201d<\/strong>.

  5. Log in to <\/strong> your Web of Science account to activate remote access.

    To get remote access to Web of Science from outside UKSW network, direct link     https:\/\/www.webofscience.com<\/a> should be used. In next step click \u201eSign in\u201d and type in login data given during registration.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    ATTENTION:<\/strong> Users must sign in to their account at least once every 180 days from computer\/device authenticated via IP address (UKSW network) to keep remote access (roaming) active.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
